Our refund policy is 15 Days. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items to cover the cost of shipping or returns to the manufacturer or repackaging for the next purchaser. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a return authorization number. Please call or email email@example.com to obtain one. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the items ordered were the wrong size and a new order is placed for the correct size a 15% restocking fee applies as mentioned above. Our products are usually shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All orders are subject to product availability. Mar-Schan Motorsports ships from multiple warehouses across the United States, multiple-item orders may not arrive to you at the same time.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Mar-Schan Motorsports ships with a variety of carriers including, but not limited to UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice as longs as it meets the transit time of the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to process the order prior to shipment.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via telephone and/or email to advise you of the expected delay and provide you with your options. You can choose to wait for the item, select an available product, or cancel your order. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is in stock. Orders for products that are not available within 30 days will be cancelled. In the event that your order is cancelled you will be contacted via email.
Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, back ordered items, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via phone or email should such a condition be realized during the course of processing your order. Due to the nature of dated safety gear, at times the products may not be built or assembled until the order is placed, therefore delaying a prompt shipment. UPS Ground may take up to 7 days in transit plus processing time. International orders shipped by USPS usually take about 10 days plus processing time, but some occasions could take up to 21days before clearing customs. We are not responsible for any damage or missing products due to official inspections by shipping carriers.
Some items we sell may require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.
Large or heavy items that cannot be shipped by UPS or FedEx will be shipped by Truck Freight. Please call for truck freight pricing and payment options.
Warranty claims must be made before the parts are installed. Due to the nature of their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. When it has been determined the part is defective we will either replace it or send you a refund. No refunds will be given on shipping charges.
